L5 CrossFit (60 mins High Intensity)

In a small group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and supply all the necessary equipment. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics and bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more.

L5 Yoga

L5 Vinyasa Flow:

Vinyasa is a series of poses from Hatha yoga with the goal of linking movement with breath, build flexibility, strength and balance. The emphasis in these classes is to improve mobility, stretch and release tension.  You will learn to implement breath work techniques. to expand the lung capacity and connect the body and mind.  You will be guided through a sequence to strengthen hips, chest, back, and arms as well as improve your overall posture, flexibility and balance.  Each class consists of grounding breath-work techniques, a warm up, a series of yoga poses sequenced together followed by a cool down.

L5 Zen Flow:

In this relaxing yet invigorating 60 min class, the emphasis is on physical alignment, energy flow and mindful awareness by cultivating and strengthening the mind-body connection.  Through a series of poses you will stretch and increase mobility, release tension and stress stored in the body.  The first half of the class will be breath-work and alignment by building energy, increasing the heart rate while the second half consists of holding postures for 1-2 minutes. slowing down and releasing tension for a deep stretch.
