Our Daily D program is for everyone and all that is required is one Dumbbell and a Heartbeat!

Our program is good for anyone with limited time or limited equipment! Sometimes it’s ok to give our bodies a break from the stable bar position of the barbell and target those smaller muscle groups while still maintaining our strength and conditioning.
