We have designed this weekly course with 4 cycles to maximize strength and skills with each class dedicated to one of the four specialties.
Each week we will dissect one of these four areas (Clean and Jerk, Gymnastics (pull), Snatch, and gymnastics (push)). You can focus on one or all four! You will become more efficient and stronger each session through repetition and a personal targeted approach that we will continue to work on through each cycle.
Classes every Saturday at 12:30 (up to 90 mins)
Week 1: Clean and Jerk
Week 2: Gymnastics (pull)
Week 3: Snatch
Week 4: Gymnastics (push)
