Want to get stronger at your Olympic lifts? Want to get those first pull ups and Muscle Ups? Then this program is for you!

We have designed this 6 week cycle course to maximize strength and skills with each class dedicated to the four specialties.

Alternating weeks we will dissect one of the two areas (Clean and Jerk & Snatch, and gymnastics (push/pull)). You can focus on one or both! You will become more efficient and stronger each session through repetition and a personal targeted approach that we will continue to work on through each cycle.

Classes every Saturday at 12:30 (up to 90 mins)
