Daily HABITS Challenge!

What is a Habit; An acquired mode of behaviour that has become nearly or completely involuntary.

In other words if we do something over and over it becomes part of our routine. This is for the good and the bad! So we need to focus a lot on the good and the ones we want to add/change.

Last January we had the L510 Daily Challenge where I asked those who signed up to do a lot of changes cold Turkey! This year I want each of you reading this to choose one each month and be relentless with making it stick!

Make a list in order of importance (Health is and should always be number 1!) and each month let’s cross it out once accomplished and part of our everyday routine. For example if I want to start drinking a gallon of water a day I will drink more than I am currently and add a glass a day until I get to the gallon. I will also find a way to always have access to water. Another example might be getting in more steps with a goal of achieving 10K per day. Find times when you can walk to get something over driving, use the stairs more often, or just go for a walk outside.

There is always a way but start with one Habit you want to add/change and keep stacking!
