Hello 2025-welcome another year!
Well its that same time as last year where we reflect and make plans for the upcoming year! When it comes to our Health and Fitness we need to be honest with ourselves and look and the mirror and ask “Did we achieve our goals?” “Why or Why Not?”
It’s ok if the answer was NO, but ask yourself WHY? (And come ask me if you don’t have the answer!)
When we make our goals for this season (Small or Big) lets write it down and share it! This is the best way to have it in front of you as well as keep you accountable! Whether you want to lose body fat, walk more steps, or do that race make it visible for you and whoever you need to keep you on target!
