Keep it Simple.
Create simple daily habits that will make your health a priority without thinking!
It’s not hard! If the supplements are there every morning for you to take you will take them.
If the food is ready you will eat it.
Start to add one habit at a time to your routine and build 1 more each week.
Habits to add;
-Taking supplements with water first thing in the morning
-walk everyday, add more steps
-add something right before that’s small enough to do no matter how tired you are! (This little bit of extra calorie burn is huge!)
-take 5 mins and plan your big meals for the week (prioritize to your schedule!)
-have snack options always ready! If you don’t have something healthy available you will reach for the easy things…chips, cookies, pop-don’t do it!
Pick one and focus on that task each day until it is part of your routine where you don’t even think or have to remember! Then build each week.
