Can we get better with age?
Like everyone this past week we watched amazing athletes competing in the Olympics and a lot of people talking about “what they did in their Teens, 20s, and even 30s!
Can we still get fitter, faster, or healthier as we age?? Yes!
Like anything with practice and PROPER training focused on our Goals we can achieve things in our later years despite what most think. We may have to adjust the frequency, intensity, and volume but if we want to achieve our health and fitness goals there is always a way!
What goals do you want to achieve as you are aging? Stop telling yourself you can’t and start slowly building back habits that will take your fitness to new levels!
