What’s the most common excuse in the World for not being able to get something done?
“I don’t have time.” “I didn’t have time today.”
Everyday we push something off or forward (thinking we have endless time) we lose another opportunity to be better. Better for our health (mental &. physical), better for our families, and enjoy our days in front of us.
We all have the same Clock with the same hours in a day, prioritize movement and your health and MAKE it happen.
